Phenomenal, man. From one procrastinator to another, a marvelous example of life imitating art...(err, maybe the other way around?)

Chicken/Egg syndrome allllllll the way to the bank

Bravo!

...although look out man! Revolution Muslim might come after you for exposing what they (successfully) tried to censor. You might end up like Van Gogh! OHHH NOOOO!!! AHHHHH!!!!....

....but yeah, it's great to know that I'm BACK in the middle east defending freedom of speech when....low and behold....the enemy is triumphing in silencing us and simultaneously taking away our freedoms. I have to think about that every time I'm told to "respect the customs and culture of our muslim hosts." Fuck it. We lost the war. They've won on that level: of upholding a dangerous double standard. It's like, what the hell have we even been wasting our time for in the better part of the past decade? Pack your bags, boys; it's time to go home.

Anyway, thanks for doing what Cowardly Central refused to do.

psychicpebbles responds:

Cowardly Central, ha. Thanks for the review, I couldn't agree more.

It's insane! I love it!

Blockhead never ceases to amaze me. He has the gift of being able to take an innocent persona and turn it into something completely twisted and morally corrupt, and it requires little to no intelligence on his part! I thought the last Ghostmas episode was the truest example of that, but once again, he's topped himself.

I know it's been said, but the animation has become way more fluid and the graphics have come a long way since the beginning of the series. Blockhead's bodily and facial expressions look like something right out of Ren and Stimpy. And the integration of The Ring reference is very creative. It's good to see Blockhead progress like this, but there's always room for improvement. I would actually like to see some more character development with Blockhead (standing up to the conscience guy was a good start) As irritating and off the wall as he tends to be, I would actually like to see Blockhead deal with someone who's more psychotic than he is. Just a thought.

Well anyway, good show. Looking forward to Episode 10!

The-Swain responds:

Right on. Blockhead is partly an embodiment of unkempt whim, flying from one interest to another without any real knowledge of anything not of the present. I have plans for more staple characters than just reoccurring background folks, one of whom is a maniacal obsessive-compulsive. You're right about needing to explore more character development and interactions - I mean, Blockhead's random, but he is still a character. I'd really love to develop what happens when we pit him against people who, like the Conscience, can't be scared away.

I'm also looking forward to Episode 10, but not to making it. :D And thanks for the insightful review!

You are worthy opponent!

Sup man! It's always good to see your stuff on here...

Now, I think that whole fighting stick figure thing is a little played out, but I can see you took your own creative twists with it (I noticed you implemented some Mia action into it!) But stick figures or no, it's a joy to watch two animated characters beat the shit out of each other to System of a Down! Keep up the good, diverse work.

Vermillion2 responds:

thanx man, i also do enjoy your Alcoholic Adventure flashes, they are simply die hard funny man, make more damnit!, thanx for checking out my flash

Funny-ass flash, dude.

Also, thanks for your shout-out on the BBS post. "I haven't invaded the country with the cows yet, that's coming..."

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go orally service my humvee. (that's damn sure what it feels like sometimes.)

rockymike responds:

Yes, I'm sure you can relate. Thanks for the review, and congrats again on your Daily Feature.

Nice animation...

...that being said, not all of us americans fighting over here are ignorant, racist Bush supporters. But it's nice to know you're stereotyping us with the incredibly vast minority that is. That's real nice of you.

Sirkowski responds:

It's called satire. Intelligent people aren't good to makes jokes with anyway, no? =)

Hahahaha

You're crazy man, you're crazy.

TheStarSyndicate responds:

ya man

Mmm....sacreligious....

Just have a few questions....

1. The cars were the most detailed objects by far. Why didn't you put that kind of work into the rest of your animation?
2. Why was the pope fighting a bunch of little Strong Sads?
(**SPOILER ALERT**)
3. Why did the pope win and not Jesus? Is this supposed to be some kind of message that "mankind killed God" or something?

dazza-mate responds:

1. Because I Didn't want to put more effort in the rest of my animation because that would take too long.
2. Because they were Jesus's minions.
3. No, it's just a friggen cartoon, it's not meant to be realistic.

EEdiot!

Haha! Always great to see a Group X video! Especially one that isn't all stick figures.

italianice388 responds:

Thanks, that was my main motivation.
